WHY does your organization need to take action?

A certified Climate Fresk Pro facilitator can moderate one or two teams of up to 8 participants (16 max) through the causes, effects and consequences of climate change with our famous 42 cards game showing major connections and dependencies. After this, we discuss emotions and anchor the knowledge. During the last part, the participants start to take action that can be integrated into the strategy of your organization. You can start with one workshop or we can help your with a broader rollout in your organization enabling your own internal facilitators. Based on the ClimateHackerz Playbook this one day workshop guides your organization through the steps how to set up the critical success factors for a truly working climate transformation and transformation to circular economy operations within about 12 years (or less). We are focusing on utilizing the transformation to strengthen your organization's assets. As a transformation result your organization can gain more resilience and independence. We are using a top down approach that can be made compatible with your existing company frameworks and IT systems and acts as a meta layer focusing on aggregated core data. We can tailor the action part of the ClimateHackerz Game (a 12 year simulation of your transformation journey) to your needs. Participant's take aways: What are the true critical success factors for a sustainable transformation? Increased confidence by simulating a transformation with a team and experiencing pitfalls as well as successes.

On average global economic output could decrease about 17 percent until 2025 with a potential of world economy losses of about 60% until the end of the century. But the strikes will be irregular and seem to follow random patterns. Damage costs are rising, insurance is getting more expensive year by year and insurance coverage is increasingly denied in higher risk areas. Your supply chains are becoming constantly more vulnerable. This workshop explores risk scenarios and strategies to prepare for the impacts of increasing severity.

(available from Q3.2026) What do we need to ensure that human-level artificial intelligence (AGI) or artificial superintelligence (ASI) remains benevolent towards us humans and serves us? While many experts, such as Nobel Prize winner Geoffrey Hinton, warn of the dangers and call for a pause in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) until we are sure we will not lose control, the big players are driving the AI revolution forward at breathtaking speed, arguing that we must be faster than geostrategic opponents. While all positions have valid points, one aspect is completely missing from the discussion. We are only looking at instruments of control instead of at our own character. However, because many AI models have been trained with billions of websites and millions of books, they are a mirror of all our human characters with all their honorable and questionable traits. Therefore, an indispensable key to a desirable future is our personal and socio-cultural character growth, in order to offer the awakening species of AI a dignified, worthy role model, as Kevin Kelly suggests in his book “What Technology Wants.” The framework presented by Joerg Osarek in his book “Level Up to Superhero in 6 Simple Steps” can serve as a suitable basis for this.
(available from Q3.2026) Either a scientist and atheist or a Christian, faithfully believing in the Bible? Concepts such as heaven and hell, the Judgment Day, and eternal damnation often seem illogical and incompatible with modern science and artificial intelligence (AI). And yet, as we shape the AI revolution, it is becoming increasingly necessary to use techniques and concepts that are strongly similar to religious teachings and traditions. The simplified concept of “only the righteous go to heaven” may seem illogical from a scientific point of view. And yet we train AI models and AI agents in virtual worlds and subject them to numerous tests to ensure that only the useful ones are used in our world. Even though many scientists reject the simulation hypothesis that we too could be living in a simulated world, it is remarkable that for years we have been using rich artificial ecosystems with physics simulation to train artificial intelligences, compete against each other and use their skills after virtual training in our world for fully trained robots. This workshop does not provide definitive answers. However, it does offer a wealth of insider perspectives to inspire thought and informed discussion. With his 2012 book, “GameW0rldz,” about artificial intelligences in virtual and real worlds, workshop co-author C.I. Gordon aptly anticipated this development. Now we are seeing how more and more aspects of this science fiction novel are transforming our world. And these additional perspectives are essential for a desirable future for our civilization.
